They were on time and identified themselves and they were neat in appearance. They were thorough and explained to me everything they found and what they were doing. I felt confident in them and what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed anything HVAC done. Air Shield ultimately saved our lives as we had just moved there and they found that there was a problem with the venting and had we run the heat there was a VERY good chance we would have died!! The former owner done some work on his own and managed to put a hole where a hole wasn’t supposed to be!!!
